Elegant Condo

Terminal City Club, Vancouver

Soft modern. The approach for this client’s condo in downtown Vancouver was one of a restrained yet elegant palette with few, well-chosen pieces. Building on what the client had already renovated, Studio Albertazzi completed the spaces in the living room, primary bedroom, ensuite and guest bathroom to echo the client’s desire for a serene, contemporary home.

Large format tile cladding the fireplace picks up on the warm white wall colour already chosen by the client while also pulling on slightly darker tones. Custom pieces are throughout: contemporary fluted cabinet below the television, coffee table and arm chairs to provide the client with the comfort that comes with exactness.

In the primary bedroom, customization continues with the headboard and window coverings as well as the in-studio designed furniture suite locally created by artisans. Final touches included the recovering of the client’s Berger chair, custom bedding and hanging pieces from client’s strong art collection.
