Charity event in support of Take A Hike Foundation

The setting was the conservatory of the Cecil Green Park House and we imagined our client, doyenne of the mansion, hosting an intimate holiday brunch for friends in this glorious, light-filled setting. A generous, confident and well-travelled woman, we populated our hostess’s home with unique pieces that served to tell her story.

Our design scheme was comprised of objects and finishes from: Details by Mr. K, House of Hackney, James Crossing, Neve Floral, CF Interiors, Reijmyre Glassworks and Scott Landon Antiques as well as local artists Shirley Claire Williams and Rita Monaco - layers of interest, personal touches and a little theatricality went in to creating this vibrant setting.

Take a Hike Foundation empowers vulnerable youth with the skills needed to graduate high school, build healthy relationships, navigate the challenges of young adulthood, and achieve success - however they define it - by engaging them in clinical counselling and regular outdoor adventures. Over $130,000 was raised at this Homes for the Holiday’s for Take A Hike Foundation - bravo!
